Happy Friday! I don't know about you, but I am so pumped that it is the weekend! Our lake house renovations are complete, and the hubby and I are taking the entire next week off to spend there! Expect a complete "before and after" post after the holiday! We will be putting the finishing touches on the decor and hosting numerous family and friends throughout the week. There are major plans of relaxing, boating and barbecuing. We also hope to hit up a couple local wineries, enjoy the live bands at the Beach Bar and catch the fireworks in town and on our lake. Since I will be spending the better portion of next week on my boat, I thought I would share with you what is in my beach bag.
Good reading material is always a must for relaxing on the lake. I always have my favorite magazines and my Kindle or iPad on hand for reading. And what is a good boat ride without a good drink? A quick and easy go-to is Skinnygirl Pina Colada in a cute tumbler! Just grab and go! Of course, we can't forget to protect ourselves from the sun, so I always make sure I pack sunscreen, lip balm and sunglasses. Bumble to Bumble Surf Spray and tinted moisturizer with SPF are also good to have on hand. Pack all this up in a cute tote, and you're ready for a day on the boat, at the beach or lounging by the pool!
